2 ripe mango
100mL tinned coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup (trenger jeg det?)
1/2 lime juice
Take the flesh out of the mangoes, cut in small bites and put in the freezer min.4h.
Put the frozen mango in a food processor, add coconut milk, maple syrup and lime juice. Process until smooth.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airthight and freezer-proof container and freeze futher for a more solid consistency.
