1 feuille gelatine egoutée = 2 g gelatin pulver + 12 g vann (g pulver + 6*g vann)
1 tsp baking powder = 1/2 tsp cream of tartar + 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup plain yogurt OR 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar + enough milk to make 1 cup. Let stand 5 min before using.
1 cup Half-and-half or light cream = 1 tbsp melted butter or margarine + enough whole milk to make 1 cup.
1 tsp lemon juice = 1/2 tsp vinegar
