1 large lemon, halved
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp crême fraiche
2 tsp dijon mustard
sea salt
soy sauce
Grill your lemon for 5 min. until soft and charred.
Squeeze the juice into a bowl. Add the rest of ingredients, mix together and season to taste
Start to finish 15 min. Makes about 1 and 1/3 cups
3 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash ground pepper
¾ cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a mixing cup.
With a mixer or blender running, slowly add oil in a thin steady stream (this should take 2-3 minutes). Continue mixing until mixture is thick.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
