Dette er som en namelaka men med melk.
80g dark chocolate
2 eggyolks
20g sugar
130g cream (kremfløte)
70g milk
Wisk the eggyolks with the sugar.
Heat the milk with the cream and pour half of it over the eggyolks while wisking, then pour the mixture back into the pan with the other half milk.
Heat for 2min.on low heat while stirring
Pour the hot liquid over the chocolate and wisk well together until well mixed.
Cover with plastic rap (au contact) and refrigerate for 1 night before use.
